I don’t know how to pan-fry trout, but salmon is great grilled with just a few onions and served with a sprinkle of lemon.
I usually fry it in a bit of butter & olive oils then flip it only once, add a little more butter and throw in lemon juice and capers. YuM!
Just a note to add to tukas’s recipe. A drizzle of balsamic vinegar just before serving in delicious.
